Kveik Boss

yes, the name really is a bad pun on the show Cake Boss.

kveik has allowed me to turn around quick, delicious beers with multiple yeast re-pitches and little temperature control. having a small NYC apartment shouldn’t be a limitation for high quality brewing! I created this blog to share my experiences, learn from others and hopefully help fellow brewers make their best beers with limited space and/or lack of temperature control.
